Even as a yoga teacher meditation often isn't at the top of my to do list. Do I notice a difference if I meditate consistently? Yes! Does meditation solve all of my woes? Absolutely NOT! Is meditation hard? Sure can be! Do you have to sit still, eyes closed and be 100% focused? No! Does meditation have to take a lot of time? But it can be hard to make the time to do something that you might be dreading. When I consistently meditate I sleep better, I'm less stressed, my mood is generally better Tempted to find out more and try out meditation?
